The world is facing many socio-economic challenges. "Mature economies" have to manage a low-pace growth and dramatic structural changes, both at macro-economic and macro-social levels. "Emergent economies" are experiencing stress of profound transformations with multiple challenges, from inequitable prosperity and social crisis to unsustainable development. "Less advanced countries" are setting up a more inclusive economy structure for an effective development take off. These competing socio-economic models may lead to geopolitical tensions on internationalization settings so, Globalization seems to be not always harmonious and creates conflictual situations. Thus, Globalization P3 is a lens on the essence of globalization in 21st century.

Reflecting on interactions of People, Prosperity and Posterity in the context of Globalization generates numerous questions for consideration, among them;

1. How can corporations grow and flourish by putting the wellbeing of people first?
2. What conditions result in a global working environment that is inspirational, stimulating and more productive?
3. What can we learn about the relationship between personal prosperity and corporate growth: does globalization offer the means to more effectively balance both?
4. How international firms can be actors of sustainable development?
5. How does globalization engage corporations in becoming more responsible and proactive within the Globalization P3 perspective?
6. How does Globalization P3 perspective stimulate conceptualization of fair emerging management approaches in field of Globalization?
7. Are Governance processes and bodies support for a better globalization? Do management tools improve performance?
8- Globalization and migration relationship: how do immigrants add value to host countries?

By addressing these and similar questions, delegates to the 2017 GM Conference will participate in building a richer understanding of Globalization and the P3 perspective which the Conference views as the cornerstone of sustainable globalization. Can globalization be re-conceptualized to embrace the principles of the P3 perspective?

We encourage submission of scholarly papers, symposia proposals and suggestions for track themes within the Globalization P3 perspective. Papers presenting literature reviews on management topics will also be welcomed if they lead to possible researches designs.
