This paper study the relationship among relationships among global forces, local forces, environmental stakeholders’ interests, and organizational business strategies. Global forces were external forces from developed countries; Local forces are opposition parties, societal activity parties, or conflicting pressures in local area that could affect the government policy in a country; Environmental Stakeholders’ Interests were anyone who has stake within environment of one country. Organizational Business Strategies were the strategies chosen by environmental stakeholder after studying all the environmental aspects above (global force and local force).
